This solo canoeist rounded the bend in the narrows of Pog Lake, Algonquin Park, around 6:30 am on a foggy morning. What he saw from his canoe and I from the shore, was this wonderful golden light rising with the mist. We were both in awe. I watch as he stopped paddling and sat mesmerized at the beautiful scene before him.
